All proposals will be reviewed, and all authors will be notified as to whether their application has been successful or unsuccessful.

Please note, accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website as per your original submission.

Submission guidelines

I confirm that I have read and understood all submission guidelines and understand the requirements for my presentation. I have received all the necessary permissions from my co-authors and employer to submit and attend the conference. I confirm that I have read and agree to the copyright guidelines.

It is anticipated that presenters will attend the conference and we therefore offer reduced registration fees for presenters.

We are unable to offer financial assistance for all presenters. All presenters must present in person. Presenters requiring financial assistance for travel should indicate if they require assistance to attend.
